Shrimp Agnolotti, Broccoli Rabe, Olives & Chilis

Equipment Needed

  • Pot

  • Sautee Pan

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 2 Tb Olive Oil

  • 2-3 Pieces Broccoli Rabe

  • 1 Clove Garlic, sliced

  • 1/4 Cup White Wine

  • 2 Tbsn Pomodoro

  • 1/2 Cup Olives (Green and Black)

  • Chilis to Preference

  • Salt and OIive Oil to taste

METHOD

Start by bring a pot of water to a boil. Season with salt and add in the pasta. Add the Olive Oil to a sautee pan and heat thenadd in the Broccoli Rabe. Sautee and then add the Sliced Garlic. Deglaze with white wine and allow the alcohol to cook off. Add in the Pomodoro, Olives and Chilis. Add in the pasta and a touch of pasta water. Season with salt to taste and Olive Oil to finish. Plate and enjoy!
